orton1966 Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Hi, I’ve also mentioned this, in the new member introductionsection but I’m looking for someone with a Jeep in the Leicester/Nottinghamarea who would be willing to hire their vehicle out. Either with them diving orjust supplying the vehicle. Long story short, my father died recently, he served in WW2and was also a Jeep enthusiast in the 1960’s and 70’s. One of his Jeeps is evenfeatured in a very early book about the Jeep. His funeral is in Leicester onthe 4th of February and myself and my two brothers think it would bevery fitting for the Funeral Cortege to be led by us in a WW2 era Jeep. We’re happy to pay to make this happen, as we’re notlooking for a freebee.
