Part 1

I have been given by my Mother in Law a number of Sphere magazines dating from 1942 to 1944 (including some D-DAY related ones) I would love to scan these in and upload them for others to read, but I'm not sure how to upload a PDF or a TIFF.

 

Part 2

is with ref the scanned pages, because the pages are old sizes, they don't fit brilliantly on the scanner (ie you can't quite get a double page spread in one scan) as such I have to do one page at a time and rotated to fit. I haven't got a PDF editor to rotate these but I can scan them as a TIFF group of images and can rotate them but they're still in individual pages not double spreads...

 

 

...the long and the short of it is if I send the PDFs or upload them, can anyone with the ADOBE software rotate them? or otherwise offer any advice.

I use a program called PDFSAM http://www.pdfsam.org/

This allows you to merge, split and rotate PDF files.

So should allow you to do most of what you want.

It does not merge 2 pages onto one but into one file in page order.

 

I believe you just upload them using "manage attachments" below
