meadwayfv
Can anyone tell me what alternator is fitted to the desert spec v8 snatch ? On my vehicle a Magneti Marelli unit is fitted. Part of the label is missing but what remains are A127_ _ and 63341_ _ . Any ideas?
fv1609
I only have the AESP that covers V8 110 but I imagine it would be the same, 3 alternators are listed. Is your alternator 12v or 24v?
meadwayfv
It's a 12 volt snatch .
fv1609
There are two 12-v alternators listed neither of which ties in with the numbers you have 7RU/2920-99-910-7703 RTC5683N (Rover) 24198 (Lucas) This one is 45A don't now what the other is 6MT4/2920-99-788-9319 PRC6368 (Rover) 601717-A1 As the DMC is 6MT4 means it will be used on other vehicles. That's all I've got I'm afraid
