Stone Posted January 8, 2010 Share Posted January 8, 2010 In the UK at least that's no different to your standard consumer rights - within 6 months you can claim that a product was unfit for purpose when sold and the onus is on the supplier to prove otherwise; they have to offer a refund or replacement. After 6 months the onus is on the consumer to prove it but they still have to offer a refund or replacement!
