  6. Ok All There is now a poll that will be running for 14 days from today, you all have 3 votes to make, this is to ascertain who would like what in the shape of HMVF clothing etc, we will go buy the results of the majority and decide on the design of the logo in the near future. Please vote as this is for all of us I understand that not all will wear a hat but might wear a shirt or vice a versa. Please vote as you wish and there will be a selection of sizes. Thanks
  7. Makes sense I will not really find out until I get it back on the road, which might be this year :dunno:

    The Police

Just goes to show how much they take notice of things
  9. I will go for the truck suggestion as my mate (who could not be more helpful) who owns the tyre shop also said that, he did try to balance them but would have ended up with so many around the rim he probably could not fit them on. So I assume that truck weights are heavier in a smaller size, if that makes sense.
  10. Okay heres one for the clever people; I have just swapped my tyres onto another set of rims (jeep this is) and they cannot be balanced, but on the other rims they were balanced with a lot of weight which looked ugly must admit so my questions are, Why can't these rims be balanced Did they balance wheels on jeeps If they did not balance them then how did they drive them with so much vibration.
  11. SCRAP all Jimyy's, thats my suggetion they are too old anyway and a waste of fuel
  12. Are you biased Neil :dunno:
  13. Neil Basically its a shuttle valve as it says, if the shuttle rubbers are worn then it is not allowed to move freely, we use a similar type at work for air pistons and there is a "seal kit" that replaces all the rubbers/seals, surely there is a kit that is used for overhauling these switches rather than replacing the whole gubbins, if not have you tried a bit of silicon grease up the spout.
