I maybe be stupid but!!!!
Just renewing the brakes and I have one smaller lining on each drum, where does this one go  leading or trailing
And how do you get the drum on after fitting the shoes as they are quite thicker as when they came off :?:

I am going to roller it as well, the thought of building a spray booth for one job! :?
-
Hi Jimmy
Welcome and enjoy
-
Go to Barry Grainger, much better service, 6 pictures and probably cheaper

Jack you are so fickle lately :?
-
Thanks folks. Intersting points of view
Now - to compound the issue - one of the reasons for having a vehicle like a Stalwart moved rather than driven is the fact that they do not like being towed any great distance and certainly not at any speed in the event of break-down and recovery being required (which kind of brings us back to another thread on here about breakdown cover for H.M.V.'s!!).
As they are all part of the same family - how do those who whizz around in Saracens and Saladins get on in regards to this point???
The problem with driving stollies on the road is the wind up you get in the wheels, it apparently needs to be driven every so often on rough ground to "unwind" them, just a thought

What Clock

Hi Jack
Have just showed this thread to the wife who by the way is a white witch (proper) and she says that some of them could be orbs but not all as they could be dust particles, she is not sure about the flying fortress but I did explain that one, I think.
So I believe you Jack and I think (and the wife) that you might have got something here 8)
