Magneto service but not quite in the West Country

I haven't used either company but I have seen that they are both recommended on the Austin Seven Friends' forum.

My God Matchfuzee....not sure about the footman loops as they look a bit different but the straps, buckles and other bits are spot on.
Now that I have rotated your photo of the Footman loop, I can see that it is squarer than the Eberhard ones.
These loops are look squarer but probably not as square as in the ones that you need:-

Have you thought of having new Footman loops cast?

Are the buckles that you want here?

As you aren't having any luck finding original loops are any on this site suitable?

Hello minidaffy,
As it is long time since your last post on this thread, I was wondering if you have now got a registration number on the K9.

Robin, no copies on ABE but I'll keep an eye out, thanks much.
If you look on this page you will find the book for sale on a number of sites:-

If you can't find an old hasp, similar new ones with 4 screw holes and 1 bolt hole are available e.g.
Search for "wire hasp & staple" to find more.

You are right, the 30/20 refers to overbore & crank undersize.
The K refers to where the engine was rebuilt but I don't know what plant the K stands for. Had it been S that would have been Solihull.

UD 7266 still exists as a 1935 Morris 8 and it has a SORN in place.

I tried fitted the other amber LED's to the rear, but there wasn't enough resistance in the circuit, and the LED's stayed on permanently, rather than flashing. I'm sure I can sort this with resistors to increase the load, but that can wait until it is warmer next year. It was too cold to be messing around for long outdoors.
All you need to make the LEDs flash front and rear is an electronic flasher unit that can operate LED indicator bulbs:~

This link is for a model of a No. 24 Limber made by Bull Models. To make the model perhaps they were able to locate an original limber and if so, hopefully they will be able to help you.
