  1.

Only problem there is you still need to get a HGV license. Medical rules for these are all geared up towards the vocational license, there is no provision for a non-vocational limited mileage type of license.....
Which i why i have spent a considerable amount of money on getting my license last year and will finish off getting my C+e this year. I would have loved to spend the cash on a big green truck rather than a few letters on my driving license but now i can go and drive what i like without worry about police or Vosa hiding behind the next hedge. I understand you have medical issues which personally prevent you holding the licence, but how long would the topic be on getting around the loop holes if there was a non-vocational option but you wanted to help a mate move something on your truck?
  2. The Rad Haz kit is the lining kit for a hard top Wolf.

I understand it that the kit is to protect the crew from the radio radiation emited from the radio ariel's when transmitting. You see warning stickers on the body next to the ariel's. I have cut open one of the panels to fit the kit inside my 101 as extra insulation. Its a layer of foil wrapped foam then sealed in the outer plastic green cover to protect the inner layer.

  3. I dont know how many little differences there are but the first two obvious ones are the mk2 having a winch up front and the mk2 has the central lube system with the oil tank as part of the hull crossmember. I would be tempted to take the mechanicals out of the mk 2 and use them in the mk1 hull.

She has been saved from being cut up by the scrap man but a Tanker is no use to us. It will soon be sporting a replacement beaver tail body so we can get our stuff to the shows and have a bit more carrying capacity over the current Volvo. So it should be making the trip to W & P this year.
