Yes you can get a pto with a flange out put, they fit into the top of the rear of the transfer box in place of the input shaft cover ,last one i had came off a fire truck .Ibeleve you can also get a hydralic pump to fit in the same place. you can get 12v night heaters check with your local lorry braker,All FFR 90/110 should be 24v ?

Do a web serch for isuzu trooper owners club uk this site will anser most questions you are likly to ask .3.1 seem ok not as frugal as 2.8 but 100% MORE reliable than 3.0 engine.3.1 shares body with 3.0 ,have run both 2.8 and 3.0 had no conplants on quality of build ,just 3.0 engine reliabilty these are still been replased under waranty dispite last ones been built in 2002.

I have had 3 MK1 troopers with the 2.8 engine bril engine later 3.1 thirsty and not as strong 3L trooper to be avoided, had one as works van had 3 new engines under waranty .check chassy on mk1 under the rear wheel arch ,all 3 rotted in this area .currently runing a old 300tdi disco with 180000 miles on the clock ,payed £400 for it with 10 months mot ,will need rear floor welding soon ,geting 29mpg towing 35mpg average light foot parts cheep.

  4. Been having fun this evening snow has turned to sheet ice ,been craling past flounering cars in the disco ,looking out of the window snowing yet again should make it intresting in the morning.

Went to the first of two frozen fuel system at 5.30 AM yestaday ,if you still have summer fuel in your trucks adding 10% petrol will stop it jelling in the filter.Went to my unimog after the first job to check the antifreeze and cold starting on lpg -7 and started on the button toped with more antifreeze to be safe ,going to bring it home in the morrning ready to play in the promsed snow.
