  1. pete you dont know just how much help you were

a big thank you from the cwp team and next year hopefully we will have you in the team area for a bevy or few

    Hi Dave,

Already spoke to Pete and plans are in hand for a "Staff" area next year and closer to CWP check in area along with the "Staff Mess".

Hopefully see you at W & P for a chat if you can make it.

  2. This time remember you might have a loose pole thumper in the back of the van - and wear boots!!!! :):):)

Lee is safe at the moment as the pole thumper is on holiday in Hull at the moment (reenactors packet it by mistake) :-D

  3. I would just like to thank everyone who attended the Bunker Bash 2009 show whether you where MV owners, Reenactors, Traders, part of the BB team or Jack. Without all off you the show would be very empty so again we thank you for your support, even Catweazle braved the weather so it can't be that bad.

If all goes well then it will be the same place/same time next year and we look forward to seeing you all again.

    Now to go and rest.

    Ian & Lee

    Bunker Bash Team

  4. Very enjoyable weekend good to meet up with fellow members must try and meet more, looking for to War & Peace lats see if Lees Fox will do a hole lap of the arena??? :cool2: unlike the half it managed at bunker :-D Thanks to Matt for food and entertainment:cool2::shocked: aprts from us Ian are we going to continue drink for drink bug for bug????:sweat:

    Hi Del,

Looking forward to W & P, I will be over with some drinks for you and the boys. Drink for Drink sounds good(calvados/Guinness/Lager/Bugs) but will have to see what Beltring bugs look like first :-D, you and the guys where great fun to drink with but now worried who was taking the pictures :shake:, still at least i never did a turn on the pole.

  5. ok i will need some volunters for tommorow evening about 7.30-8pm as will be dropping the 12x12 off and then going round to pick up passengers from heathrow then returning about 2am with the landrover so do we have any willing volunters who want to earn a pint

No problems Dave we should be able to find enough people to get it put up so you can go straight to bed at 2am when you get back.

  6. ian i know on the map that roger had weve got position 21 main entrance if you can put a flag where the 12x12 is going then when i get there i will be quiet and try to sort things out without disturbing anyone hopefully and then see you in the morning with a nice coffee with two sugars as will be in the office(back of landrover)

or if i can get the guvoner to approve as i have to pick up at heathrow late evening i will come round with the coach in the afternoon and drop the 12x12 off first

    Hi Dave,

The tent will be just inside the checking in point, on the left as you look into the gate entrance. I will put a sign there "RMP 12 x 12".

Any problems feel free to wake LEE up :-D, see you there.

  7. well i will be arriving about 2am friday morning now as work has come up again the night beforefinishing at midnight so if anyone is arround then put a cold bud on ice for me

Dont know about a cold bud Dave, that time of the morning you might need a hot brew. Have to see if i can set Lee's alarm clock :-D be a nice supprise for him. I will be the one snoring.

  8. So then - who is and how is my hair going to be cut?? Mrs Beckett needs to know!

I think we should do a raffle £2.00 a ticket which goes to "Once more onto the beach" and the lucky winner gets to shave Jacks head. We have hair clipper and shears (last used on the sheep). This can all be done by the beer tent saturday evening after the winner has had 4 or 5 pints.

Your thoughts please, that dosen't include yours Jack you just need to start praying.

  9. And the first round is on Ian to say thank you to every one for being there!!:rofl:

(Now ducking behind the bullet-proof sofa to avoid the incoming!!)

I think a new rule is coming into force at the Bunker Bash where all MV owners will now have to surrender there wallets as they check in :-D especially Stolly owners.

  10. Looks like I'm coming along now with demise of the Plain Invasion. I'll be in with the MMVG, do you still need a booking form from me?

    Hi Sean,

Be good to see you at the Bunker Bash. If you can send in or email a form to us just to keep our records straight and mark it MMVG at the top.

    Thanks
