That looks quite good indeed.
Guess the soil helped to preserve it a bit.

A nice a mix of different tracked vehicles like the Cromwell, Sexton and Centurion.

Just took a look outside, no snow here.
But yesterday we had Sunshine after weeks of mainly overcst and fog so I took the Dodge for a spin.

Any idea where the DD is heading?
-
Its missing clamps on the bonnet to secure the window when laid flat.
It has free wheel hubs, not Ww2 but good to have.
The back cushion on the rear bench is missing.
No windschield wipers.
It looks like there is a plate under the pedals?
On the windshield I see some plate fastened, looks like ther was a hole cut and covered over.
The hinges to open the inner windshielsd are missing.
So, some items missing but I don't see any major issues.

Nice one.
I do like the looks of Russian armour.

I thought you were only making a turret and was impressed. This is taking it to a whole other level!!

Looks like a relatively simple way of fixing.
Well done.

Buckle boots were supposed to be treated IIRC.
Use stuff to waterproof leather and apply several times over a week or so.
It should darken and it makes it water resistant-ish. And as said, just use them, it also helps getting used to them.
The same for uniform (using that is, no bootgrease offcourse).

I'm no Tankologist but it looks like a good basis to start from.
Good luck and have fun.
