I agree with everyone else here and done it :nut: made my own seals out of a sheet of cork:-) cheaper and quicker than trying to source and buy them:-D

Nah not private, The Cornish home guard has been using them a while now to transport their tanks to defend the peninsula:-D

I run 2 Pajero,s here one with road tyres and the other with off road/al terrain:-)
cos im too lazy to own one vehice and change the wheels over every time it snows!!

RIP Billl, and to only think i was up in the Caen area 2 weeks ago doing a tour for people and showed the route he took!

My 24v FFR had this prob and it was a battery cell down, Stupidly i changed only one battery and 6 months later changed the 2 batteries and never had a problem after that.

Ive not been back to this thread recently but what i need is detailed photos of where the wiring passes or even better visit a Kett in France to see it for myself!
The Saumur one unfortunatly is no good as an example as the electrics are bodged!

Bought 4 1942/3/4 and a 1948 all in fair condition obviously got French tyres on and french lights. I will post photos up on tuesday when i go to collect them and i will put a couple up for sale if anyone is interested. offers by PM accepted:D:Despecially big offers!:cool2:

30mph is quite a good and safe speed to haul a van around like that, if you were trying to 50 or even 40 think of the fuel costs!!:shocked:

Looks like them but im sure the buttons were bigger on the pocket like the windproof smock, 25 years ago now cant remember all:blush: But we used them in the RAF and it was normally aquired kit:D

The seller is known to me and he is 60 something and it was his fathers collection from the 50,s Yes i know there are some recent ones in there before someone jumps on me for selling Queens crowns for WW2:D
I dont intend to sell it as i find it an interesting collection, but im wondering how to display them or just leave them in a tin for my son:nut::-D
