  1. Been busy today, I looked for some hard work during the week for the work bench but all I could find at the normal diy places was pine... So, thinking it through we have wood at home from last years bad weather, sorted one of the trees that came down in the storm & started work. :-D Job done :yay:

  3. Thanks Ian Everything seems to work, now I have an hydrolic leak in the cabin, coming from behind the oil tank. Oil level is half way up the dip stick, so not over full.

  8. Damage to work bench.. ..the damage was caused by Wayne reversing into his trailer, small step ladder has already fallen off. 3 hours to remove, all but a couple of the bolts were free - a BIG hammer & angle grinder. This frame is almost straight now, went to Screwfix to get replacement coach bolts & stuff, wasn't able to replace the hard wood today. Had a check of the steering pads, both sets seem ok. Finished for the day..only posted a couple of pictures, on me second glass of wine already :-D.
  9. Engage hipadrive & bingo...well after a lot of please, please, you know daddy loves you - she was alive . ..main ram is in almost perfect condition, second smaller ram does not move under power, seems to be air in the system. Checking oil level today & see if there is a bleed valve. I will also be removing the hand rails at the back (never to be seen again) which will give me the chance to straighten the fold up work bench.

  11. Mark some good points.. After I moved my 434 closer to your compound :-D, its was noticable the amount of people looking around, I think this was due to not having the tape stopping 'joe public' from getting to close. It has to be about involvement - if they are part of the event that can only be a good thing, its a live & learn world. Roll on 2009.
