what type ?

Recommended Posts

It's actually a 38 Mk2*

The difference is that it doesn't have the light for battery condition that the mk2 had. The 38 Mk2* was the most common set made for the British in WW2, but is now very rare as it was replaced in the late 1940s by the 88 set. All the ones I have seen were made by Marconi Wireless.
