Just joined for a my friend and I to hopefully glean some useful information from all your collective experience. We are both called John and live in the Cambridgeshire area, and have been restoring and riding classic British bikes for only the last two years. We are currently working on a 1941 Matchless G3L and have nearly got it to MOT stage. We would love to find out more information about it. It has no registration number, so any information about finding its military number would be great. We seem to have spent so much time searching the internet for clues but to no avail. Could anyone point us in the right direction for what we could find out with only the engine and frame numbers?

Many Thanks

John and John
