few more picture my Vaux DX, engine good strart and good running,I buy Vaux with this reg. no.in Germany, wants make this english/arab reg.no from early years war, but see only few fotos, for example Morris have this reg.no.plate, I dont know it was similar for staff cars(?)
but water go out side, gearbox problem, much work, long way to the "Western desert"

Hallo, look for fotos and information about British 70th Infantry division vehicles in Western desert 1941.
Have few pictures vehicles Cs.11th Inf. battalion -East, under British command with 70th division marking,
Now make Western desert marking on my Commer Q2 and staff car Vauxhall DX,
and in future My Bedford MWD go to this marking,
much help me pictures vehicles from this division.

I respect owner idea, owner is owner, but this price is over me, maybe not sale, maybe be better time......Not much more than that, I wouldn't have thought, by comparison with restored stuff that's about. Is it just me, or are people asking (and sometimes paying) really stupid money for stuff these days? -
Don't know about this one, but last year the same seller offered a Morris Commercial C4 GS, "older restoration, complete but not running (electricals to renew)", for 16000 €....
But you've got to hand it to him, he has a knack for finding unusal & rare stuff! :thumbsup:
Owner wait best offer , think over 10000euros.....
I like this small Commer(little brother for my Q2), but this high price is over me.
I dont know how much be price this car after full reconstruction?

im in contact with owner,That link doesn't work, but I was just looking at the advert. Almost like a few locals sneaked onto the beach after Dunkirque and snaffled it away into a shed!!! An amazing survivor!I see more pictures, its nice project for reconstruction, but its very, very, very expensive price.

67th aniversary End of war in Europe and liberation Pilsen town by US Army, may 2012,
I was every year on this celebration in Pilsen, its 23 years(!),
with my re-enacment group and friends and big Scotish band , as British armed forces and Czechoslovak army from west,
Pilsen and small vilage Kysice, here is monumet for Czech Token force.
Here is pictures from this nice may celebration.

Try contact Tv , History chanel (?) may be have interes for this Bedfords Mw show,
Think best place for meeting is Longues sur mer, British zone, very nice place,
I do not know how many in Europe, mobile, renovation of Bedford MW?
30 -50 vehicles ??? Maybe much better know John?

have idea about meeting owners British Bedfords MW , all models, after two years, 2014 june, in Normandy,
70th Aniversary D- day.
Its now my great idea, but I do not know whether the interest?
becouse my friend Rob, few years ego make meeting British military motorcycles, in Normandy.
It was very nice action, wieu, fajn time for all owners.

Hallo to Italy, see this rear mudguards, it was ex-water tank MWC?Hello to all my new friends[ATTACH=CONFIG]58247[/ATTACH]last week I found an unrestored Bedford MW..
It's my first UK truck so I need your help to restore it!
First of all I need drawing to rebuilt the rear wooden panels.
A question..Is there a chassis number stamped on the frame? and where?

p.s. engine started immediatly at first attempt this morning! what "sound" has the 6 cilynders engine..:cool2:
