Now on this new format you have to click on every thread when you use it if you want it off. I do not wish for my email inbox to be cluttered up with replies when I can quite easily look at the forum when I wish to. Surely there must be an override setting to switch it off completely?
Richard,
This should help:-
Click on the bell (notifications)
Click on "Notification Settings"
You are now on the page that you need and can select/deselect as you require

Works best in full screen at 1080p.
Your tutorial should help people but how do you tell those that have given up using the forum that there is now help available?
Now that I'm happier with the forum I offered to help one user but I think that it is too late because the reply that I received was "I think I'm finished with HMVF".
Has anyone any ideas how to encourage people to re-engage with the forum?

I'm probably asking too much but could someone put a tutorial on how to use the new forum on YouTube?

By "giving" do you mean free or really mean charging for rides?
If you are giving free rides and you are a member of the MVT you should be covered by your PLI but check with the safety officer, Tim Hawkes to confirm cover. If charging you could try asking other people who run tank driving days about their insurance cover.

From Wiki:
Rexine was also widely used in trimming and upholstering the interiors of motor vehicles produced by British car manufacturers beginning in the 1920s, and the interiors of railway carriages, its cost being around a quarter that of leather.
Rexine is still available I think, do a google search
Richard,
From a Google search:-
FJ Ratchford have been stocking and supplying quality materials since 1889, and one product is often associated with us more than any other, and this is Leathercloth. The reason being that Ratchford have been closely associated with Rexine leathercloth since its origination over 80 years ago. The last roll of Rexine was produced in 2005, and since then we are pleased to launch our own quality Leathercloth, which is available in similar shades to the old Rexine quality.

This very unusual motorcycle, possibly used by the Italian army during WWII is thought to be either the GT17 or GT20 Motor Guzzi. These motorcycles were also used as the front end of a trike known as the Trialce, which was also used by the military.

Without mileage from Soviet millitary conservation. New condition.
No price, so I guess that is going to be very expensive.

It maybe worth you contacting one of the co-producers of the site because on the home page they say "Our purpose is to help DXers, collectors, researchers and others discover and enjoy the history of shortwave broadcasting."

I wasn't very happy on day one with the new forum but I have found that with use my feelings towards it are improving.
If you give the new forum a go, hopefully as you become more familiar with the forum, it will become easier and therefore enjoyable to use.
