this may sound a bit pedantic, but you state RAF was post WW1? not so, RAF formed on April 1st 1918 from RFC and RNAS, a good 7 months before the end.
nice piccy though, a Sentinel Steam waggon cant think of the type though

Snapper, thank you for the info, I wil post a few more later, incidently, when I was photographing these graves, I missed a few because at the time there were relatives visiting graves nearby, so out of respect I didnt photograph them

A friend of mine once saw a gost, she was approaching the bus stop to pick this prospective passenger up. the figure waved her on, and when she looked back, the figure was fading!!!

only been in a Dakota, was a Great Warbirds Airshow, mid 80's, very nice, a bit bumpy though!

Why would two named personnel be buried in the same grave?
thats why I posted this one, hopefully somebody will come upwith answers.
Incidently, when I first saw the ones surrounded by a hedge, I thought that where were only those, but in that cemetry alone there must be about 20 dotted around the cemetry. Will post more if interested?

an ATC sqn near me used to run one, they used to get into mildenhall air show for free!!!!!!(the destination blind was stil in it!)

I remember it, and I saw the vehicle in the grange cavern museum, but has to what happened? I think it went to the imperial war museum, but I may be mistaken
