Small update on the construction of the radio box. Front wall almost ready just looking for some information go the front windscreen fits in to , are over the front of the box ?
The sample box I use is of a early warning Morris and these had no windscreen in the front and also no ventilated panels on the back and rear right hand side for the extra generator.
Made also a start on the left hand side.

The wireless box back wall is assembled and ready , next will be the front wall but still looking for information about measurements for the front window. The box that I use as a template was a early warning truck and these did not had this small window in the front of the box.Start on the front wall

Thanks for the reply, as I am restoring a Morris wireless lorry and looking to have a battery charging display.
I already have a chore horse generator that I intend to use on bord of the radio box but a extra generator in use with the switch bord shold be a nice thing next to the wireless Morris and my collection of authentic battery boxes.
Always interested if you have a complete generator are parts to get my generator working. For sure the remaining engine was used to power something different but the drive copling came with it.

This charging bord came with the remains of the generator , if there are some bits around to complete the generator I am always interested .

Found a copula from a Bedford QL and modified this one a bit that it fits on to the cabin frame work, had to search for some information what the hip ring looked like and how this was fitted on the top frame work.
The hip ring is a fairly standard part and used on match British vehicles late war.
Now I can have al these bits sandblasted and painted.
The screened ignition is also ready , this is a mix off Land Rover screened ignition bits and original bits.Have also 2 spare spark plugs into its holder on the bulkhead .
The air filter elbow is back in to it's place and now the filter need some paint.

Just some extra work on the trailer , rear hatch in to paint and the census numbers painted on the rear and the sides . Made the missing handbrake rods, on this type of trailer you only had a parking brake.
Now the repair off the mudguards and some easy removable lighting on the back and we are ready .

Trailer is almost ready, axle and towing unit with jockey wheel back on the chassis.
Now looking to cut some planks for a new floor and there will be some work on the rear hatch as this was really the worst bit on the trailer .
Will rivet a new plate on to the original angled iron construction of the rear hatch.
Still had some new made mudguards from my 1st trailer project that I can use for the moment but looking to repair the original mudguard that where on the trailer .
So it looks I can get this trailer ready for next War & Peace show , will be a nice tow behind the Bedford QL.

In the sample radar box I found some remains of the original paint for the interior . it looks like the interior was painted in to sand colour .
