I bought the Lightweight from my brother in law last year. It had been sat in a garage for over 20 years so needed some TLC. Chassis, brakes, clutch, electrics  and paint work pretty much sorted out now. My own LR knowledge (I have owned 5) is decades in the past & all but one, a 2A Lt. weight, were civvy spec. anyway. The worst of LR ownership is the product's historic inability to resist corrosion, but I guess you've discovered that already. Enjoy your LR !
