Scotch Harry
This smock has been issued.no labels but the colour and style of buttons are the same as on a RADAR SAS Smock of mine. Outline of removed Wings and DZ Patch.
wdbikemad
Might be a Radar commercial copy......the press-fasteners are non-standard, although I have seen an issue smock made by "Dashmoor Clothing Ltd" with these fasteners (early pattern, size 1).........note also, that the partial lining is DPM fabric, not the standard olive-drab poplin........ Scotch Harry
Cheers, only reason i mentioned RADAR was regarding those distinctive shape and colour buttons. Either way,a smock i love as it has evidence of being issued;)
Panzer nut
Personally looking at your photo's I would say that the material resembals the type used in the 1985 pattern combats, due in part to the strong die used and the sharpness of the edges of the Brown. They may well have used the new material but old cut. Jon
