Caravan and motorhome covers seem to be the easiest available. There are breathable versions.
With some companies you even have a choice of universal or bespoke covers.

You could try the Jaguar forums.
Morris Lubricants products are all very good:-

Another way to solve the problem?

I don't have any experience of the product or company.

I doubt that the dashboard lamp is unique to the Matador, so have you tried asking about it on other vehicle forums?
Also, might this link help: http://www.greenmachinesurplus.com/aecmatador-0853-spare-parts-list-1323-p.asp
Probably a long shot but perhaps Lucas have archive material that could help you.

Might be worth you trying your local NFU agent or insurance broker.

Your Cammo jacket is a "Smock, Parachutist DPM", better known as a Para Smock, although I don't which pattern it is.

Very pleased to see Vulcan XA903 has one more dial.
I suppose that you have this site:-

and already know that The Cockpit Collection seems to have vanished.

Plenty of companies to choose from if you Google:-

A few years ago I saw Vulcan XA903 at Wellesbourne and at the time the panel for the Olympus 593 engine dials was more empty holes than dials, so I'm sure that the owner would be pleased to hear from you.

If there is sufficient metal in the wheel rim have you thought of machining the rim down to a clean surface then fitting a steel tyre as is done to railway wheels to produce the correct diameter for the rubber tyre?
This link describes the method:-
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Train_wheel#Tire_installation
I would question if leaving the rust to hold the tyres in place is really a solution to the problem, because as the vehicle is used won't the rust break up and eventually work it's way out, leading to loose tyres?

I have just remembered that on the FBHVC site there is a table that shows the compatibility of various materials with ethanol. Cork is in the not recommended column.
The table is nearly half way down this page:-

-
If you have another piece of the same type of reconstituted cork, have you thought of soaking it in petrol to see how resistant it is? If it is resistant the cork should last in the tap and if not it will give you chance to find a replacement material.

I wonder if the 2 Lancasters might get to fly with the B17 Sally B.

Cable ties saved the day on 2 occasions in my early Land Rover 90.
1. A number of them made a fan belt. Although it was only needed for the 4 miles to home, I'm sure that it would have lasted many more miles.
2. When the accelerator cable broke a cable tie held the throttle lever giving enough revs for a slow (10 miles) journey home.

Have you tried the Rover Sports Register Forum?

These 2 sites may be able to help you or you could try a Loctite or other silicon product.

I haven't used either company, so I can't say how good they are.

Don't forget to let your insurance company know about the changes to your Land Rover and V5 or you could have invalidated the policy.
Once you have told the insurance company of any change, even unbolting a seat to increase the load space is a change that may affect your insurance.

This link may help. The first of 27 pages of Bedford vehicles some with round mirrors that look as if they may match yours.
