It does look like the back of a Tiger 1 turret, if you compare the lifting peg position and brackets to this picture of the Vimoutiers tiger.
if it’s an original turret I don’t know, but after having worked on a couple of German vehicles and meet some of the larger collectors I think it could be very plausible that’s it is indeed a tiger turret , there is still quite a lot of German stuff around but it not as public still, as allied stuff, and it’s bloody expensive.

A google Translate gives a list of prohibited items as follows:
28. Towers for main battle tanks (Not a clue what towers are; perhaps towers are things that tow tanks)
This (Türme) means tank turrets

Congratulation with it, it will be a nice addition to Rogaland.
would be possible for you to take some more pictures of the table, in the back,. I made a copy of one a year or so ago, but would like to see if I got the draw correct?Cheers Niels

Thank you Gavin, It looks very lovely, almost a candidate for a conservation and not a restoration. Isnt it the ex Wheatcroft one?

Sadly I can’t help with the identification, but would it be possible for more pictures of it?

Norway is not a part of the EU so you will have to pay tax.
Furthermore make sure that you have the right export permit on the Dodge, since it is a historic military vehicle, it will require a permit from the Defense museum and the Foreign Office/Ministry.It is not a problem to get these (it is the sellers job) on something like a dodge, but the processing time can be a bit long.
They had an incident where one creatively exporting some of the Volvo tracked personal carriers to Africa, so I would not try and circumvent the correct papers.
I have imported two vehicles from Norway to Denmark a couple of years ago

Try and find some of the scammell restoration blogs on this forum, there has been discussions about and places to find these tubes posted. I think it was called “another scammell restoration” and by a user JimH

Hey There, I too am in the market for an AEC Matador and have been for some time.....Is the "RN" one still for sale from the Shopland collection web site, as I've try'd to contact them but to no gain.......
I am pretty sure the shoplands still has one or two for sale, I will see if I can get them to reply

I was thinking the price was a bit steep, even though it is likely to be very rare and sn exotic make. Maybe they put one too many zeros on it ?

Albion cx22s spare wheel position

The Scammell Pioneers where not equipped with a spare wheel originally, but various field modifications where done to facilitate one.
I have seen a war time picture of a Pioneer with a spare wheel placed on the roof of the cab. That would not be fun to get down.
