Rolling Thunder came back after a break of 5 years, you can still see the damage the old owner has done to the show but James and Roger are really trying hard in getting it back on track. We all had a great time and will be back in 2014. There was no problems or hassle except for the English weather on Saturday. All the staff were great and very helpful, spoke to other groups and they are of the same opinion that the show is getting back on track but needs support from any groups that have stopped going, please give it a second chance.

I thought I would share a few photos of my US 155mm Howitzer being blank fired at the Military Odyssey Show. I hope you enjoy the pictures ???

Total raised so far is now £5,048. Thanks to all those at W&P who dontated and helped us to raise £880 at the show, We still need more I'm afraid, time is running out and we have got to get the Playground equipment ordered ASAP

Well we have raised £3840 in 3 months but we are starting to run out of time to get enough money before September. We do have some events arranged for the summer to get the pennies in but I think thigs are going to be very tight to meet our target. It would be so nice for Sean if we could get the playground and Memorial stone ready for the 20th Anniversary of Collettes Death. so please spread the word and dig deep into your pockets if you can.

Just a quick note to say thanks again to everyone for all their hardwork in making this years show even better than last year. The show keeps on growing and this is down to the organisers and helpers, they are so helpful and friendly, nothing is a problem, to many shows take the trade and vehicles owners for granted. Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to 2014.

PS I thought the Veterans tent was a nice touch with some great photos and information.

Just a update, as of today we have raised £3,805.00 in two months which is fantastic.

Sean is out in Bosnia this week talking to TV channels and he also has a meeting with the Mayor about the playground. Things are doing well but I think we are a little bit behind on the money at the moment, we only have 4 months left to collect the money, book flights and buy and ship the playground equipment to Bosnia.

Please please please spread the word via facebook and any other media, there are over 1000 likes on the facebook page at the moment lets see if we can get it higher before Sean comes home.

we use to tow a jeep trailer behind our wc51 it was ok ..........

I'm told when the WC is on full lock the chains are too tight and have no slack in them ??????

hooks on 1/4 ton trailer are flat , on 1 ton they are round and thicker.

Thanks for the information, the reason why I'm asking is that a friend of mine wants to tow a jeep trailer behing his Dodge WC and the chains arnt long enough on the trailer so we are thinking of trying Ben Hur chains, so the next question is how long are the Ben Hur chains and will the thicker hook fit on the eye on the dodge???

I renewed my US Built M54 A2 6x6 Cargo truck two weeks ago with Footman James and had no problems at all !!!!

I spoke to a Trader 1 hour ago he said the traders from up north stuggled but they did get there and the place is full he also said alot of the snow is melting on and around the roads, took him only 2.5 hours from Chichester.
