  1. Wouldent mind a wrecker version preferable one with a diesel transplant, but they seem to be quite rare?, or am I wrong. bill.
  2. Took her out around the yard today bombing about quite well, waiting for some stencils and getting the canvas & hoops soon comming on well.
  3. Just want to tow something mate!!! Haha no I'm joking, at shows like w&p I like to take the trucks about, and have to keep packing things down just to drive about.
  4. If I remember properly she ain't air takes.... Great! if she is a earlier model I would love to try and find out properly as it would make her mot exempt, oh well I supose not being able to connect living trailer up gives me the excuse to buy a militant .
  5. I will check her tomorrow, it's a shame if she ain't as I really want a living box but my little trucks ain't air assisted, a few peoples said she may be earlier.
  6. Seen a few times, a RL pulling a 20ft coms box/living box, I haven't yet looked on my Rl but cant recall seeing anywhere to connect the trailer air lines/ brakes. another quick question anyone on hear able to tell me the age by the chassis tag etc?, thanks bill.
  7. Thanks mate by the chassis number is there anyway if telling the real age if she is not a 65 floated? I have all the classic number, done a great job on yours mate.

  9. Right, here's the new edition, bought of here she's in great condition and very pleased will probably start on after my Bedford OY, thanks to Julian for his help! More photos to come.
  10. The windows are in Perspex at the moment mate to make sure the glass we get cut fits like a glove, thanks for the component mate !
  11. Fitted the windows together, befor we get the glass cut we made Perspex to make sure there fit nice. Head lights all rewired.
  12. Yes I'm restoring one and would bite someone's hand of for a set if tyers to mate!
  13. I wouldent say no more than 3 ton I'll have a look in the handbooks and see if anythings in there.
  14. Past parts done mine for the OY works a treat
  15. Got a nice bit of work done on the OY nearly getting there! I also fount a photo of my grandad leening on an OY in the royal engineers, he left them in 1942 and then went into 2 commando's.
  16. A few problems mate, I would love her, don't be mean about the QLS
