I must admit I couldn't find any listing for a first aid kit or bracket for it. But it seemed a reasonable thing to be with the vehicle. When vehicles were issued to units they then decided what additional kit if any they needed then went ahead and fitted it. So I designed a bracket for a wartime first aid tin 10 X 8 X 2.5 inches. Then put a modern first aid kit inside that.

Is there an alternative to the double rifle rack, which bangs your elbow when you drive. I have been following this thread very closely. Have copied the tool layout as far as possible. Made a wire cutter holder also made a bracket for a first aid box (small) which I got off ebay.

I should know this but what does CES stand for.

A friend has a Bedford MJ. He wants to convert the rear into living accomodation, so he can use it to stay in at shows etc. can you get away with a class 5 MOT. Or better still which is the best way of making it legal.

I have a Bedford mw. What first aid kit would the vehicle have if any. If so where was it in the vehicle.

Been giving the once over. It is dated 1944 and has the crow foot stamped into the base.

A friend has just purchased a foot pump, has anyone any information please. It is marked 'duplex Kismet' also AM for air ministry. Any ideas re age value etc.

Where did you get the clips from. Also the pick axe and handle are these the smaller size you see or the ordinary ones.

How do you change the oil in a jeep gearbox without getting covered in the stuff.

My Bedford mw is XMR81 bloody good trip first time I have been to Normandy.

Getting everything ready for Normandy. Headlight bulbs should they be 45 watt or 36 watt.

I am in the process of marking my Bedford MW up as a RAF 2TAF vehicle. Has anybody got any photographs of their vehicles. Or does anybody know the markings for them ie numbers size and where on the vehicle.

Sorry to be a nuisance but can anyone give me details of what lettering sizes and location of them. For my mw as a 2ATAF vehicle.

During the 1980's I was the RAF each station seemed to do it's own thing. In Germany we carried a first aid kit. In the UK not.
