What!!! For a moment as I read that I thought you were some breed apart from us, then as I read on I realised you were as normal(?) as the rest of us.

Can't lay claim to owning the tank Jack, only wish I could. It Belongs to Kev a friend of mine, I am just there as ballast to hold the turret down in a strong wind.

I see that your bucket is so big that it almost drags along the ground. Now I am sure that means something specific as well in certain communities. I will just check exactly what with a work collegue of mine.
Very nice ride by the way.
Tim (too)
I just can't wait
Does set me wondering what sort of people you work with that are experts on that??

Just a quick shot of our bucket swinging last week as we unloaded at Pickering

Hi David, brave man who sells the sensible transport and buys an MV
If you find yourself at a loose end on the first wednesday of every month, there is an MVT meeting at the Sports Centre in Wetherby, just off the A1.
Friendly informal bunch with about 25 or so who regularly turn out, good cross section of vehicles from Humbers to Skidoos to Reos to Victor tankers and everything in between!!

Strewth Papillon, you mean you understand that??

Funny, but I've never been tempted to put the Jeep through a car wash at all no matter how chuffed I've been feeling

Very unsportsmanlike of them Berni, they also state on the sign it is due to VOSA's change of system.
I agree its best to go somewhere who have no vested interest in failing a vehicle.
I always remember as a child helping my dad in the pre MOT work , pushing brake pedals and holding handlamps so it shone directly in his eyes, one thing sticks in my mind and that is the fact that whatever he did , it always needed a brake pipe when MOT'd.Their little earner I suppose.

Kettenkrad, loved them from as early as I can remember.

Just out of interest, do your garage do retests free?
Our local one has stopped doing retests free if the vehicle leaves the premises.
