After seeing the current restoration of the Porpoise in France and how random these bits of kit were and typical of the time - D-DAY 1944.

Sadly my WW2 Airborne trailer has got a cracked bakerlite LUCAS 2 way switch and LUCAS 4 pole Juction box that screws onto the back plate. Both the same size

Does anyone have these two switches/plug for sale, PLEASE HELP!!!

Glad you like the new toy.

The colour should be a green more of a dark green than a drab. Same as the gearbox. The bluey colour we still use today.

Are rifle racks the same in most WW2 British medium - heavy lorries? A good friend has just got one for his QL what do they look like and are there many around.....

I have the same Welding set on a Airborne trailer. What do you want to know will help if I can.

I might have to ask a favour myself, mine is missing the top regulator box cover lid and if okay can I send you some questions and pleas for help...After dimesions, fittings etc for the lid

I have the complete CES for the trailer and can help with some pics if you want?

Strange you have a different exhaust manifold than me, and a control box on the side.....

Has anyone ever seen on these rear bodies for the QL evr sitting there rotting away? I have been told they normally rotted out and were broken up.

Not fussed what state or what type they seem to be like gold dust!!!!!!

At home I have a 1944 dated Airborne trailer mounted welding set.

The frame houses a Austin engine with a sodding great Murex rad attached. Does anyone have the following:

Top cover for regulator box- has three mounting screws either side which allows it to come free. If not one for sale would someone be willing to do a measured drawing of there's?

Next any photos-drawings of the stenciling numbers etc.

Hope someone can help.
