The DURO with the RPG was part of the fire power demo held on Salisbury Plain. Like Chris has said it is part of the EOD team, which Regiment I'm not sure. The first DURO picture was taken a few years ago and were part of a Sigs Regiment. Can't remember the name of the comms set-up and not 100% sure if it is still in service.

Hello Dave, in some ways is great having all this kit on the doorstep mate. The photography is good but the local pubs, clubs and poor old Kabab shops do take a bit of a hammering sometimes. All understandable though, no different from anywhere else me thinks. Most of the kit in the pictures are based in the area, three tank Regiment,Artillary Regiments at Tiddy and Larkhill, plus all the REME, RE, Loggy's and AAC / RAF. Can get a bit noisy at time.

I have a load more pictures to come if thats ok with everyone. Got kit like, diggers and earth movers, guns, Mortors, Rockets, Helicopters and anything else I can find. Tell me when you have had enough. Also I have found some more pictures that I will be placing in existing treads. Thanks for looking and sorry for the lack of info. I know what 99.9% of the kit is but not commiting myself as to know what it all does. Tony.

Cost cutting mate. Basicly the story they gave us was, the bearings were shot, over heated and welded the whole rear wheel up. There was a Scimitar with the same problem, a classic case of half tracking.
