  1. Photo taken at Beltring with my improvised cab and half doors. Works OK. Drove to England from Holland via Dunkirk- no problem! Its warm enough in the cabine to dry wet clothing in there!! P.S. It is for sale in Holland-Veeeeery expensive.... Thanks to 777AAA I finally know why I couldn't post pics!

  3. Hi Madman The serialnumber is from January 1945. The cargobody is the type from mid to end 1943 So probably re-assembled from different types, no problem though. Its a goodlooking truck! Where in Holland do you live?
  4. Check your clutch fork. My Dodge lost the ability to clutch because the fork which attaches from pedal to the clutch hed been welded in the past and started tobend. Effectively I couldn't operate the clutch.
  5. Hi Guys jUST WONDERING. Does the M8 have a driveshaft from the engine to the gearbox like a Sherman or is the Gearbox attached directly to the engine?

  8. And I've heard lots of German tanks in good order in germany were destroyed to prevent re-arming of the Germans. Also a lot of Panthers were delivered to the French Army and were probably used up?

  12. Hi Jack As far as I know the Brittisch forces got Canadian built Dodges. Looking a lot like the 1/2 ton US built pick up Dodges like the WC 21. The US forces used 1/2 ton Pick up's in Africa when they arrived in late 1942.
