  1. As a point of interest, are there any common faults with them? I'm thinking of getting one as my entry in to the MV world. I've had quite a few post war civvie Beezers (mainly pre unit) and have found them pretty well bullet proof (as far as old bikes go).

  2. Lets hope that we can make a few bob for The Lads!

(Shameless advertising alert!!! We work as Marshals, for free! Want the car park sorted out, directions to the toilets, etc? Give me A PM (with plenty of prior notice), and we'll try to help out at your event. We have our own Comm's, hi vis, etc etc. The only thing that we ask, is to be able to clamber over your kit, and the venue (Forts etc is a bonus!!!).). Ad' alert over! :cool2:

  3. We used to buy our own, then slap matt black paint on it in an attempt to camo it up a bit. The local cycle shop used to do a roaring trade in bungees, to hold it all together. As I was too slim to carry two water bottles and an S6 ( those were the days! ), I used this:

Is it the sought after haversack that has been mentioned? (No belt loops, just the neck strap, type.)

  4. I had the same with my old BSA A10 Gold Flash. I used it for work every day, so had everything powder coated, and stainless fixings. Also the paint on the tank was Road Rocket Red and chrome. I had the Cr*p ripped out of it by the lookies. So it's not just the MV critics. Oh well, what do they have, eh! :-D

  5. Thanks very much to Ian and Lee for the invite. My lads had a great time! Thanks also to everyone who let us clamber over their kit and trenches.

Hi to the 118's :nut:, we'll grow some tashes before we direct traffic next year ( that includes my Mrs (Kim).) :-D .

Car park attendants with attitude! :
