What bits of equipment would I require to recharge these? I have replaced some pipe lengths due to corrosion in the steering system, and also the hydraulic pump, lucky I had one spare! Also where would be the best place to get this reconditioned as the seals have gone.
Cheers

I have a 4 1/2 ton Hobby 750 and that is taxed private HGV, 12 months tax is £165. Would presume a heavier vehicle would be in same class.

I'm hoping to get there tomorrow, known about it for a while, but not actually gone yet!

Hi, have tried that in the past, my guess is one/both drive plates stuck. Vehicle non runner at mo due to rad being off, so engine out seems the best way to go.

Clutch has been stuck on for a number of years with being stood doing nothing, just wondering is it a pig of a job to remove and free off? Also if new parts are required are they still available as a commercial item? When I get the truck back undercover i'm hoping it will be my next job. Any help/input appreciated.

Those were taken about 14 years ago when I first got it, it's had 3 homes since then and still not got round to finishing it.Got to try and keep it original as much as i can.Anyone know where I can get the canvas for the rear? That is the only major bit I am missing, everything else is just rusty! Vehicle number is 44BM75, chassis number is 538276.

Hi, I'm Simon, and hail from South Lincs, been a member for a couple of months now, so it's about time I introduced myself! As you can probably deduce from my login I have a Leyland Martian FV1103. Had the thing for 14 years now and with lifes usual troubles that are sent to try us, still haven't got it done. Maybe one year!!

Things move slowly, rad back on, engine runs! Back end jacked up precariously on bits of wood, brakes twitched up, boot full of gas, wham on brakes and eventually hey presto clutch off!! A bit of moving round yard will give it a bit of a clean up.
