  5. Hello, I am selling my October 1942 Ford GPW. The serial number on the glove box matches both the chassis and Engine, which is nice. This was a nut and bolt restoration, the axles, transfer box, gearbox and engine have been completely rebuilt including head skimmed, reground crank, cylinders re sleeved to standard, new valves and guides. Great little Jeep which is ready to drive and enjoy. Hopefully priced to sell at £16995 ono Lots of spares and accessories available. PM me for more info and pictures
  6. Thank you. It has been my Father's pride and joy for over 25 years, he took it to Dunkirk in 2000 when he first resorted it.
  7. I am listing on behalf of My Father his 1940 Morris commercial cs8. This was a nut and bolt restoration completed approximately 18 years ago using many original NOS parts including aero screens, autovac canvases, doors, lights, seat covers and 4 new run flat tyres. The truck is in good overall condition and ready to show. I believe £26,000 is a good price for this truck however we are open to reasonable offers Eddie 07588961859.
  8. Common sense... Only joking, The original rear support leg that can be fitted to the rear right hand side, but I have never needed it as the weight of frame and towing hitch at the front keeps it well counter balanced. I guess it's no different to a Jeep trailer, because I don't think they have a rear leg Hope this answered your question. Kind regards, Eddie.
  9. Thanks for your enquiry, however the trailer has now sold. Cheers, Eddie.
  10. Hello David, Someone has just confirmed that would like to buy the trailer, so I am listing it as sold. If the sale does not go though I will relist and will be in touch. Many thanks, Eddie.
  11. British Airborne 10 cwt trailer mk 2 I purchased this trailer as it has been fitted with a tailgate, and was ideal for transporting my Matchless G3L. I sold the bike last year, so no longer require the trailer. Fitted with original T plate, lights, sockets and new Worthing canvas. Please PM for further details.
  12. Good morning Mike, The truck sold shortly after being posted on milweb. Sorry , I thought I had updated this listing. Ted.
  13. Hello Jarrett, Can I have the set please. Pm Sent. Ed.
  14. Sold to HMVF member Max. Many thanks for the interest.
  15. Unfortunately I am in the process of cutting back my collection due to an increase in my work commitments. also for sale is my 1941 Chevrolet 8CWT. In running condition with its original engine (ministry of supply rebuild plate) all soild with no rot. The breaks are all reconditioned and it has 5 nos sand grip tyres. All lights and gauges work. I was planning to rebuild the carburettor ( rebuild kit included) this winter and make the hoop irons ( tube and angles included) ready to have a canvas fitted ready to get on the road next year but unfortunately I just won't have the time. I have plenty of spares and parts avaliable to finish off the truck including a complete spare engine and gearbox. this is a nice little truck that fits in a normal garage and at £7750 a great investment which will only go up in value with improvement and time. Open to reasonable offers.
  16. Unfortunately I am in the process of cutting back my collection due to an increase in my work commitments. My Matchless G3L was a professional restoration only a couple of years ago. It has since been serviced by a vintage bike specialist to ensure it is road safe and used regularly. The bike was dated 15 March 1944 by the AJS and Matchless owners club. Really nice runner. £5250 open to reasonable offers.
  17. Hello and thanks for looking. I am currently on the look out for a mechanically sound Tilly. My grandfather taught me to drive in an Austin Tilly so I have fond memories and would love to own one. Therefore 1942 GPW out, hopefully Tilly in. Any pointers would be gratefully received.
  18. Hello Rob, Can I have 2 tins please. Many thanks, Eddie.
