hi i have been in the timber, logging {hard wood down here} in aussie ,most of my life plant operator had other jobs ... done a trade in mechical engineering ,welder on fishing boats,had my own bisness earth moving had couple trucks and dozer and restoring ww2 trucks in my spare time :cool2::cool2:

Have been working in the family bussiness since my military service (1984)
more specific , we own a service station , with car-wash , van hire , small mechanic repairs , fuel delivery ,
spare time is used to restoration of military vehicles

Thanks Guys , now I know at least I'm not the only one who's having a headache with the wiring harness , I guess it'll sort out fine by taking the time to overlook it on a stressless day !

I bought a "repro" wiring harness for my GMC CCKW 353 , at Rex Ward ;
I 'm working with the genuine plan as it's described in the original TM , but the colours of the wires don't seem to be equal
as in the TM ,
Has anyone ever fitted a Rex Ward repro harness , and if yes would it be possible to post a proper plan ?

I think the Germans used a lot of captured vehicles because they didn't have enough.
The Allies probably avoided them to reduce the risk of being shot by their own forces.
And yet they were , even when using their own equipment, it happened now and then !
