Catweazle, Lee, Horniops, Gritineye, Olaf, Tootall, Jack.
That must have been taken just after reversing Forceful all around the heli field, I look bleedin knackered

I had an oil line blow on a bus yesterday, so going to take a copy of photo down to our 'Enginners'.
Careful, patent pending, and you can't see how the clever switch and the observation hole in the floor works.

Up loading video to HMVFTV
I am getting this error message since last night
"ERROR: Failed to find flength file"
Any ideas?

Done :yay:
As it's a Darned Yankee REO, the board has decreed that a girly pink border is used :-D
-
yes doctor who , tom baker .but couldnt find his tardis ..............
Must be blind, there were turdises every where.
-
So your Reo is loosing engine oil from the rear crankshaft seal at such a rate that you almost used as much oil as Diesel on the way to W & P show from Cheshire. No problem for Steve :-D hope it worked it's a long way back!

Nothing sick about a sense of achievement, we all thrive on that, not so sure about the getting really dirty though! :-D

You've got to a satisfying stage, not having found too many nasty surprises, thanks for posting that.

Tim, Of course I only got the first because of the other thread, but a chassis just like the other laid in an unmade back lane in Eastbourne many years ago, someone had taken the wheel and hub off exposing an internal gear in the hub. The bearings and bits all laid along a plank under it for ages and no one touched them, England must have been more like France then!
So I thought I knew straight away had had kept that advert from an old book.

That really made me laugh out loud. I had not noticed before, but every other photo has the lamp missing. It has created a great mental picture - "I said the lamp is not included in the sale!"
Tim (too)
Maybe they were arguing about where it should go, when everyone knows it should be on the scuttle. :-D

Heavy Aviation, thought that was too easy,
Does someone keep trying to nick the headlamp and then someone else putting it back?
-
-
The one on the back looks to me like a Jeffery Quad, gear drive in portal axle and vertical steering column.
-
lol, didn't realise that! Might slow down a bit now the pressure is off
Sorry Mr madrush,
Just remembered I inserted a new bottom in the tank and replaced rusty parts of the tank shield frame and re-skinned that as well. Just to get you back up to full speed
-
Fantastic, those pix say it all!
-
I didn't have to do the floor, or repair the frame and make new front panel, just patched the door bottoms, threw in a complete new windscreen, you dun good so far!
-
And all done with scissors when computers had green screens
-
 Twenty hours you say, is a man by the name of Guinness standing by taking note? :-D
Bet you can't finish it before Beltring! :coffee:
-
Actually looks very good,................wonder if it could actually be built.
When I put that picture on the front of Forceful some one said "How ever much must that weigh? What a waste of a good explorer!"
-
Hi Rob, very interesting website you have there, all good stuff.

Thanks Jack.

Brilliant forum Jack, I'm learning new stuff all the time!
The only thing I would like to see (and I hesitate to ask) is the picture links on the pre crash posts to be reinstated. As I joined a couple of days before it happened, I would love to see things like this, but never had the chance.

I know it would take time and be a pain to do, even if the pix were still available to view, so no rush

For the cabin I have to make several hundred holes because all the panels are installed with pop-rivets... Of course all holes must be perfectly positioned...
These are brilliant for positioning panels while you drill the rest of the holes, then remove to clear swarf / burrs before final fitting.
A big thank you from me and a big thank you from her
