The rear bolt cannot be driven in the head is on the outside.

I am replacing the rear leaf springs on my MW. Had to cut the old spring off. The pinch bolts have been removed. But getting the shackle pins off is proving very difficult. They are pins rather than bolts? The end of the pins isn’t a true bolt head but round with two flats for a 3/4 open end spanner. Ideas please.

I have a 1940’s Raleigh bicycle. The bike needs new tyres. I have tried a number of local bicycle shops no help, they are all only interested in modern bikes. Does anyone know anyone who sells these tyres?

I think the tyres are 26 inch. The 24 inch is the actual steel rims.

I have a 1940,s Raleigh pushbike. In the process of restoring it. Need some new tyres. The wheel rims are 24” in diameter and 1 1/8 wide. Don’t have the original tyres for it. My local bike shop says he cannot get the tyres for it. Anyone any ideas what are the correct tyres for it and where can I get them?

Well been going for a good number of years the last few years the show has steadily declined. Sorry for those that have paid already. But I think overall it’s probably best it ends.

Anyone know of anybody doing any research on the WW1 light car patrols in the desert. By chance my wife has a relative in the light car patrols. British not Australia but there are a pictures and some original documents. He does appear to have done some service with the Australians. Anyone interested send me a pm.

I have a series 2A lightweight landrover. The vent panel needs replacing. Ie the panel which fits on top of the bulkhead onto which the windscreen is bolted.

The rear hanger is different on mine. It’s a pin that’s a bolt.
