  1. i was able to ring the guy, it seems the vehicle has no means of identification, no plates in the dashboard, and the tag on the front left chassi rail is also gone, all that is left is the engine number, aparently that will tell me nothing as they were not like fords and engines were not recoreded on a master list or linked to the vehicle in any way?

    i guess it still has a value but with no history it is realy not that desirable, any other ideas on identification or is this a lost cause?

  2. Hi Rob, im in nelson new zealand, i have to fill in the profile thing a bit more.it is a good size but i have stubbed my toe on the trails a few times wandering around the workshop.small artillary is handy but big is impressive, i need both! cheers tim

Thanks for the welcom folks, im not too good with computers but if anybody can point me to the thing that lets you post photos i will show you some pictures of my ww2 japenese type 92 mountain gun.(i tried that manage attachments thing and it may as well be in a forign lauguage for guys like me?)

Hi Folks, quite an interesting place here and i have only scratched the suface!,im mainly into guns, im thinking quite hard about getting a 40mm bofors to rebuild.im a kiwi, ex armourer, love getting things pulled apart, cleaned up and back together.i just wish i had got into this 25 years ago when the scrap yards sill had plenty of goodies in them.
