    Good morning Ron

    wanted to discuss 2aspects of Phil's triumph ..you indicate that you are unsure if it's a 5s or 3s 

    A couple of observations 

    In British forces motorcycles the frame number puts it in the range of contract c7828 ..but I note with gaps ..my perception was that the gaps were civilian production of non production or potentially destroyed.?

    We know it has field stand clip lugs which I believe confirms it's military ..and we also know from the triumph register that a frame with in 6 is correctly attributed as a 5sw frame

    all of this makes.me comfortable it's 5s ..why do you think it could be 3s contract 7162 frame numbers of which my bike. Have frame numbers before and after its range ?

    feel as if I am.missing something so wanted to discuss it as a private message
