    Weather for cast down here is rubbish. The cubed one is helping a friend build a shed tomorrow. I'm supporting his girlfriend by drinking prosecco! Well someone has to.

    it's been a lovely day. Am on 2nd bottle (first one a clementine and cassis bucks fizz) this one is a chocolate flavoured red wine. What more do I need?!

    I've got a 5 tonne two stage hydraulic bottle jack. A long power bar (2ft!) and nut so I can change my wheels. A variety of wipes and sprays for the windows. All for Olly the landrover.

    Plus lots of other kitchen bits-wooden spoons, chopping boards, swivel icing plates and copious amounts of wine!

    I have obviously been a very good girl this year :-D

    My name is Joe, a retired ex Royal Signals sergeant Radio Tech. I run an ex Royal Marines TUM Wolf 110, fitted for deep wading and it is the fully winterised version. I live in France, in the Basque region and the Wolf is in daily use for dog walking and visiting my five sheep up in the hills near here. I also own a Sankey trailer, an NCRS Radio cabin and a WW11 fire tender, both of which I am currently in the process of renovating. So for now that is it, I will post again once I have found my way arround what looks like a great place to be.

    I never thought I would find one! Not cheap, but it had to come home home with me. The chances of ever finding another had to be zero. Mrs G506 doesnt know how much it cost, I think it needs to stay that way!

    Yes. As said dogs are allowed but please be aware of the battle that takes place and FH70 will be going off at 1pm. Of course the usual keep on lead and clear up any poop 😊

    I would love to attend this year and have no problem getting down to the show but have no way of getting back without resorting to public transport. My problem is I need to be back in Swindon to work Sunday night. Just wondered if anybody was going back that way ? If I didn't have to be at work for 22.00 I would wing it and rely on the train service. Still might. An offer of a lift to the closest station would be very helpful. Cheers Corin.

    Do you still need a lift to the station? I'm usually found on or around the paying in gate. Ask any of the SOE marshals and they will point you towards me. 😊
