Hi and welcome.
-
Having gone through the vehicle adverts, it does look as if most of them are from the web.
I've reported the ones I can find a copy of using google search.
-
I'm impressed. Good luck with the new engine.

If it went just WW2 with the odd bit thrown in, I'd cancel my subscription.
Although it is interesting to read about them, there are more than just WW2 vehicles on the scene.
I'd like more modern equipment to get a decent share of the pages, after all, lots of things are considered classics nowadays.

From memory, mine has the cartridge type element.

My Mk1/2 has a servo. It is a Lockheed item, I was under the impression they are relatively common, at least in British service.
My ferret was in service from 1966 to 1991, so that may affect things.

Hi and welcome

vosa class them as motor tractors .which is vehicle not constructed to carry a load apart from water fuel accumulators and other equp used for purpose of propulsion and which unladen weight does not exceed 7370 kg.
Does anyone think that may be a can of worms for people who carry kit in their ferrets, anything from owners who carry tools to re enactors who have their vehicles fully kitted out?

At first glance it looks a lot like the fishing vest I bought years ago to hold my convention going things.
(Camera, water, snacks etc)

A largely ignored part of our history. Thanks for the photo.
Do you have any more information? What did she (and you) do down there?

Hi and welcome to the forum

Hi.
-
Great job.

I'm in my early 40's with hair rapidly greying hair.
I got into this at a later age than most. I only have one vehicle.
-
Look liked a heap of fun

Personally, if it kept the vehicle running, I'd go for it, better to have a modern engine and a mobile vehicle kept in good order than a stationary landmark that would deteriorate over time.

Sad news, but may his efforts not go to waste.
