Yeah thats true, the guy i bought it from had dissconected the shut down solenoid, to prove it ran, so other than that i havnt spent any time on it, but he said the fault exists,and is saying no output current, but i think you may have to switch the load switch to on ? he never did that so unsure if it loads up automatiucally, or it needs switch thrown,the output voltage he recorded at the 240volt socket was 22 volts which sounds like battery voltage, if its 24v system, but again i havnt even looked to see how batteries are connected up, ile keep you posted how i get on, always handy to exchange info .doing an old unimog just now, new elements and plungers in the fuel pump, its all set up now, finished timing it up today, just need to wash fuel tank out put clean fuel in see if i get a tune out of it, then sort the rest of it out LOL forever tinkering and never done.
