Hi guys,  anyone know where I can get fender blackout bulbs from please,  12v. Either the unit is faulty or i have a blackout light feed problem,  I'll take the unit to work tomorrow and get it tested. 

Hi guys anyone know of any dealers selling the fender Black out lamp,  I have the outer frame,  I've checked most of the UK dealers. 

Should look great on back of the old girl,  the can is knackered so it's for show only.

Thanks Jerry, spent a few hours after work today fitted canvas covers over the gear shifts, push button locks on the toolboxes,  blackout light guard arrived I'll bang that on, slight smell of fuel when working around drivers foot well i assume this is normal. 

Thanks Jerry I thought it was the catch, it will retract all the way if I use my fingers but not when pushing the button,  the spring was for earlier jeeps.

Footrest in, used a bar  gently push it over the hole,  another dry fit issue,  should my glove box have the spring,  the striking plate stops the catch, is it the right catch?

What do use for that Jerry?

Just trying a few fittings,  footrest is miles out at one hole, the floor has captive nuts,  should I elongate the hole, or drill another and use nut and bolt,

Ball ache drilling those Jerry can holes, all front end built up, grill took some time matching up to the fenders, all lights working, fitted transmission cover with seal and master cylinder cover, I've got to work out holes for grab handle on the rear, then drivers seat resto, passenger seat and hood,  also need to get a rear seat.

Thanks Jerry,  that was the way I was going to go, final question on this subject,  fender welting or anti squeak yes or no again I've seen both arguments some do, some don't. 

Cheers Jerry,  drivers fitted nice and snug, I believe it maybe the bracket that needs opening with a  flat file,  that bracket is a replacement,  so now hinge on top of the grill or under it, seems debatable,  I think under is the preferred choice for Willys 

Hi guys fitting the lights,  am I missing a washer here,  

Still cracking on  managed to manipulate the grill into some sort of shape and the shroud   repaired the holes  welting and felt done   the staples were a bugger   I need some long nose pliers,  black out lights fitted and working as indicators,  thanks Jerry   next headlights then try to bolt up to the fenders,  bottom 3 bolts on the grill line up lovely,  the fenders not so at the moment. 

Great work once again,  must be nice to have time to work on your own vehicles for once. 

Looks a solid jeep that. 

That's the thing no one as any, I contacted Staman who has them for 12euro, then 18 to ship it, the ones on ebay from India look awful.

Wanted for a Willys MB, I can only see the hose in Europe atm   shipping  is more than the hose, it's the section between air cleaner and crossover tube please.

Old girl enjoying the sun whilst I crack on with the grill, a bit of leakage which I guess is normal,  and she sits higher one side than the other. 

That chassis looks well,  certainly better than the one on mine when you received it.

Sure good to have her home,  started on the button and sounds sweet,  tucked away for the evening,  I test fitted the screen,  sits nice and clamps up easily,  needs glass later but for now it's stored where it should be.  Thanks Jerry.
