  1. Apologies, yes I was referring to a CET, sadly I still haven't sorted storage or a playground yet
  2. No idea what this is like as a trailer, but it is the current UK Mod Landrover trailer. Whether it will suit your needs only you can decide. Price wise you could easily spend that on a similar commercial trailer e.g. Ifor Williams. They do come up for auction at Witham SV the government disposal agent, and sometimes go for less (appears a lot less but you have 20% vat to pay) and then you have to go and collect. So it may make as much sense to buy it as part of the deal on the Land Rover. That way you can check it over and get anything rectified. ultimately though it your call.
  3. I came within a whisker of getting an ex-reserve one at a steal of a price <£8k but I just couldn't find storage or a play area. I was gutted, but much as I would have liked to have completed on this, my other half would not have accepted it as a garden feature :red: one thing I like about this forum is all the people and posts on the trucks, bikes, tractors, trailers, support vehicles etc. I do think they deserve to be preserved as much as the front one fighting vehicles
  4. Huge kudos, but I have to ask why you didn't learn your lesson last time
  5. Greetings, one and all. While I never really went away I didn't log in for ages and then discovered having changed PC that I no longer had my details/password. Having asked the nice forum peeps for help sadly they were unable to find me either so I've re registered, bonnie_scott no more, welcome in highland_laddie. As you may have already guessed i am based North of the Border. I've been enjoying the forum as a lurker with only the occasional urge to post but hopefully I will be able to contribute the odd gritty pearl from time to time. sadly I do have a fetish of the armoured variety but I really am in awe and humbled by the work done by forum members to keep everything green alive and have even been tempted but something british and truckish so who knows I may mature and join the trucking side :nut: thanks for for giving me back, cheers, julian
