im restoring a1942 ford gpw i have just started replacing the oil seals and bearings in the front axle and noticed the ratios are 43/8 can anyone shed any light on this i thought they where 39/8

hi im new to this forum i have a 1942 gpw jeep that is in need of restoration i have striped it down for the rebuild so will have lots of questions and lots of help hope you all can do both thanks steve
