Front horns and all chassis work done just need painting any tips on how to paint inside the frame rails thanks guys

Progress at last got the rear of the chassis repaired and the replacement gun mount in place all ready for riveting

I've seen it now maybe the tooling was out when mine was stamped out

i looked at the film but couldnt see anything

They don't look like cracks to me the are in the identical place on both outer rails I have measured from the front shock mounts bothe are the same measurements

should i leave it or weld it ?????

Just spotted this on my chassis there not cracks there both in the some place on both frame rails and in the center of the frame ?? Any ideas anyone

both front legs and the rear has a crack next to the bump stop

been badly let down again the company who were going to repair my chassis bumped up there origional price from £600.00 to £2000.00 sonow its back home

i'll change them at a later date just want to get it on the road for now

the rear is a gpw the front was a cj with the wrong steering set up an american bubba mod i now have a bare gpw front axle to put it right got to do some repairs to my frame too fron horns and gun mount

the rear is the same 43/9 so im going to leave it as is for now
