  1. I’ve been following your progress for quite some time and find great pleasure viewing each of your postings. Having no engineering or mechanical skills myself, I have total admiration for yours and great respect for your wonderful attention to detail. I also find it fascinating that via this thread you can receive help and advice from people (with the necessary skills) from all around the world. Many congratulations to all of you for your progress with this magnificent restoration. Trev

I read every page of the Dennis Truck restoration and found it spellbinding. Your skills and attention to detail are amazing. Thank you for having the patience to maintain this thread and to show so much detail of the work that you’re doing as you do it. Many congratulations to all involved.
  7. Thank you for the welcome. Sorry for the delayed response - still finding my way around! I was 22 years with 3rd Royal Anglian except for various postings as an instructor at the School of Infantry and elsewhere.
  8. Hi, Just wanted to say that I'm an ex soldier with very little mechanical experience, but a fascination with watching old military vehicles restored. I have a very deep respect for the incredible skills of people who can carry out these types of restorations (even if I don't really understand what they're actually doing a lot of the time!). I'm also very interested in military history and watching the progress of these vehicles being restored is like watching history come back to life. My congratulations and respect to everyone who contributes their skills and expertise.
