  1. Chris/Dave If of any help I can transport the parts, Chris will you be going to the Dambuster's at Thorpe camp? or can you pass them on to somebody that is? or if you are going to the War & Peace show you could pass them over to Steve / John at the fire section to take home to RAF Scampton. Gerald member of Thorpe camp radio group & Radio instructor 17 (Coningsby) Sqn ATC
  2. I was a member a few years ago & I would not rejoin after some of the stories coming out of last year's war & peace show, save your money & put it into some kit for your landy.
  3. Air cadets are still using clansman but we have to buy it from dealers.
  4. I'm looking for some lightweight desert canvas to make vent flap covers to go onto my satcom land rover like the IPK's but in desert. Any one got some kicking about that I could put to a good home. Cheers Gerald
  5. Hi Iain Will you be down at w & p this year? I will be there but not with Mike, going down with a load of friends all with land rovers. I will be over at the Muckleburgh Collection 31st may 1st June for the military show & at Colchester for the military tattoo in July. Jack I have some of the radio kit for inside the landy (always looking for the kit), at the moment I'm repainting the old girl back to her Gulf 1 looks for this year's shows. I'm looking for some lightweight desert canvas to make vent flap covers. The 1st. weekend of April I hope to be on air from RAF Barkston Heath for RAFARS AOTA (airfields on the air) weekend doing all the paperwork at the moment. Call will be GB0BA 73 de Gerald
  6. Hi Jack It was fitted by racal as part of the VSC501 satcom kit. The land is mine. 73 de Gerald G7HNM
