  1. I went off a few different pictures ( some of CMP's etc) and some common sense. There is a long bolt and wing nut there for holding the spare wheel on. The recess is so that the bolt can be stored out of the way when moving the wheel. Hear are some pictures that were sent to me (I can't remember who, so many people have helped me I cant keep track of them all now) of one from a CMP Quad. It's a bit shorter than the morris one because the CMP has a steeper angle on the back.
  2. WWII british 25pdr M104 Mk117 fuze ammuntion box with with tins. Can anyone tell me if this ammo box would or could be carried in any of the lockers of the Quad?
  3. With the sun out for the weekend I decided to take the Quad out to her first show. It got a massive amount of interest.
  4. Also check the rubber block between the slave socket and the generator panel.
  5. I know where you can buy one :D:D
  6. They are in Ireland and are on stolly rims. If you are still interested.
  7. I have 6 part worn 14.00 x 20 for sale if your still interested.
  8. Making the most of a sunny day and getting a coat of paint on.
  9. Fitted the drivers foot well. This was a very hard to make as most of this was missing.
  10. Finally got some space in the workshop for the Jeep chassis and attached the rear axle too.
  11. Had another good day at the Quad. Fitted the right hand wing, mud guard and battery rack. I couldn't resist putting the battery up there!
  12. Fuel pump fitted, still a bit of pluming to do.
  13. Check out https://www.facebook.com/combatcars/ for all the pictures of other restorations.
