I was able to put the engine back in over the weekend. Just sorting the gearbox out after my miss hap. Hopefully have it running soon.

Had the wheels made by someone else then spent about 3 days working it out and making it.

Had a few issue’s with the engine turning over by hand, but it seem’s sorted now. Had to measure and check everything a few times and it appears to me that i had not fitted one of the conrod’s in line with the crankshaft correctly. Works fine now. Also had an issue with the clutch/fly wheel and clutch disc. I thought it wasn’t fitted correctly, But i have changed all 3 parts for other new ones and it’s the same. So i’m going to do a trial fit on the chassis with the pedal connected to see if it all works as it should. Fingers crossed.

I’ve started the engine rebuild. It’s taking a lot longer. But i’m taking my time as it my first rebuild.
