Hi Mark, Just wondering if you would be able to share the location of this junkyard with me...I have been interested in one of these Asia jeeps for a while, and am wondering if they may have one lying around somewhere... I spend my time between melbourne, Port Dickson and KL, and the idea of fixing one of these up in a standard GP fitout would be interesting.:nut: Abel

Hi, Just stumbled across this forum when i was searching for info on the Asia Korea Jeeps used in Malaysia. Been toying with the idea of getting either an old swb landrover series 1 or a korean jeep as a project..."one of these days"...hopefully it will get of the ground sooner or later. Spent a few year as a Sapper troop commander in Malaysia when i got out of Uni. I guess it's a desire which stems from the fact that i was deprived of my troop commanders vehicle ( a series 2 LR) during my army days, coz it spent most of its time in the workshop ( as with most other Land Rovers :embarrassed: ) ....and I ended having to "downgrade" to a Mercedes911 - 3 tonner from the motor pool....not an elegant solution for a young officer!
